Biostatistics with a practical component involving programming in R and focusing also on various rhythm statistic, and useful bioinformatic packages, particularly for genomic and transcriptomic data sets. Taught by Dr Eran Tauber.
The course will comprise the following sessions:
- Introduction to R (language syntax, data types, working with tables, graphics)
- Basic statistics with R (data diagnostics, simple group comparison)
- ANOVA with R (1-way ANONA, post-hoc comparisons, Nested and multi-factor ANOVA).
